Samui Gay Entertainment/Night Life   Samui is not Pattaya or Phuket and those seeking the "full on" Thai gay experiences may be better going elsewhere. However there are plenty of gay people living on Samui, both expats and Thai nationals.  People here are more relaxed and friendly and the scene is growing all the time.  There are 3 or 4 nice gay bars and the gay cabaret shows are great fun.    Samui Gay Soi   Three of Samui's best gay venues are now located on the same Soi (Thai name for small street).  This is a small walking only street 100 years north of the entrance to Centara Grand Beach Resort, one of the biggest hotels in Chaweng.  This is at the south end of Chaweng Beach Road.   Male Box www.maleboxsamui.com Exciting midnight show, unique exciting gay entertainment. Great cocktails in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  Convienient location for people staying at north Chaweng.    Central Chaweng   Star Club Cabaret Show Of all the cabaret shows on Samui how nice that the best one by far is the one which is gay owned and run and most gay friendly.  Situated on the corner of the entrance to the Chaweng Night Plaza and Tops supermarket.  Nightly shows at 10:00pm but a nice place to sit and drink in the early evening also.   K-Club Small friendly boy bar - occasional shows - gets busy after midnight.  Small soi (street)  up the side of Starbucks in central Chaweng    Gay Koh Samui.net A taste of gay life on the island, developed locally here on Samui.
