Other Airline Carriers

Batavia, Merpati, Express Air and Lion Wings operate daily (with stopovers in who can resist a sweet lips?Ujung Pandang/Makassar). 1 night stay recommended in Jakatar/ Massakar before flying next day. Silk Air operates regularly from Singapore to Manado.  Manado to Sorong; Express Air and Lion Wings operate most days to Sorong, although the window between connecting flights is tight. Recommended 1 night stay in Manado then fly next day. Merpati are the least reliable airline carrier in this region.
